KAVACA Smart Cut software does not support working on multiple devices simultaneously for a single account due to database security. I bought Auto Layout credits, but the database is still not accessible, and I cannot cut the film. Why?
Auto Layout credits are only for the AI Auto Layout feature and do not grant access to the cutting database. To cut film, you need to purchase Cutting Credits. Here’s a brief explanation:
- Cutting credits: Grant access to the database and enable film cutting.
- Auto Layout credits: Allow use only for the AI Auto Layout feature.
The necessary patterns are not in the database. What should I do?
If you cannot find the required patterns, contact our support team with the exact model and modification of the vehicle or motorcycle. Include photos from all four sides. We will try to expedite the creation of the necessary patterns.
Can I import my own patterns into the software?

How long do I have to use the purchased credits for 50 or 100 square meters of cutting area?
