Why isn’t the AI Auto Layout feature free with Monthly or Annual Unlimited subscriptions?The AI Auto Layout feature requires significant computational resources from our cloud servers, which incurs additional costs. Therefore, this feature is not included for free with monthly or annual unlimited cutting area subscriptions. However, this feature is included a limited number of times for free with the 50 or 100 square meters cutting area packages.

Can I edit the patterns?Yes, of course. If you need to edit the pattern, you can use the pattern editing mode and various tools such as the Add Anchor tool, Edge Expansion tool, and others. Can I use my account on multiple computers simultaneously?KAVACA Smart Cut software does not support working on multiple devices simultaneously for a single account due to database security. What should I do?If you encounter issues with cutting patterns, check the following: · Verify the plotter’s language (Command) settings HP-GL/GP-GL and make sure your plotter is set to HP-GL or Auto Command mode. · Check your plotter settings, including the step size. For example, set the step size to 0.100 instead of 0.025. Restart both the plotter and the software.
